Hear From Our Team

“What I enjoy most about Sequoia is the exceptional leadership within the organization. Our leaders are not only passionate and dedicated but also genuinely invested in the success of each team member. Sequoia ensures that every employee has access to both internal and external resources and tools, enabling them to excel in project execution. Additionally, the diverse range of projects we get to work on adds both excitement and challenge to my role. This diversity allows me to continually expand my skillsets and offer comprehensive support to my clients.”

Priscilla Pingrey

Director, Engineering Programs

“Sequoia has allowed me to participate in many interesting projects and interact with many diverse companies and people. Individuals are encouraged to self-guide the direction of their own professional work and development, yet if one prefers to focus only on a certain technical skill, then the company will fully support you. More importantly, individuals are empowered to harmonize their projects and assignments, even geographical work locations, in order to provide balance in their personal life. The management truly cares about the welfare of their workers, which I believe is what differentiates us from other companies.”

Wayne Lee

Principal Engineer

“Working for Sequoia allows me to work with multiple biotech and medical device companies. Each project is different and allows me to expand my skill set and grow professionally. Sequoia’s employees provide clients with workable and sustainable solutions–time and time again. Sequoia ‘s commitment to giving back also makes me proud to be a part of this amazing company.”

Kelley Gillespie

Director, Quality

“My most proud moment at Sequoia was completing an accelerated PCO timeline at my client site to bring in three new drugs within the manufacturing pipeline.”

Dan Pitt

Project Manager

“My favorite part about working for Sequoia is the close relationships formed amongst the Sequoia team at each business partner’s site I’ve worked at. The opportunity to showcase my expertise on different projects for various clients. The endless amount of support I receive from Sequoia leadership, management and peers.”

Joyce Ordonio Leviste

Manager, Quality
